My name is Corinne and I am a Naturopath & Medical Herbalist.

After a successful 20-year career as a Professional Engineer, change was in the air. Going back to university in my mid-40s was one of the most terrifying – yet ultimately rewarding – decisions of my life. I have always found the human mind & body fascinating, and it was time to nurture the side of my soul that is passionate about supporting & helping others.

Throughout my life – for many years as a single working mother of two – I have battled on & off with imbalanced hormones, insomnia, exhaustion, stress, burnout, and a chronic health condition. Recent experience has also catapulted me into the heartbreakingly poor mental health arena that exists in New Zealand.  This means I understand the frustration and worry that things will never get better or easier.  I have helped clients find their spark again and am grateful I was invited to walk alongside them on their health journey.

Ten years ago, I decided to focus on my health with the help of a Naturopath, and five years later I was studying to become one myself.  The efficacy of and ground-breaking research into natural medicine & nutrition continues to fascinate me, and its ability to fit alongside and complement our current health system is powerful.
