Out of respect for our Naturopath and other clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 The easiest way to cancel an appointment is to use the link included in your appointment confirmation email. Remember to visit our website to rebook your appointment at a time that suits you. If you cannot find the cancellation link, please email hello@csnaturopath.co.nz or call us on 021 778 615.

 If you are running late to an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive late or choose to finish an appointment early you will be charged for the full consultation. If your appointment is held online via Cliniko, please ensure your device has battery power and that audio and video capability is enabled prior to your consultation.

Appointments must be paid for upfront and in full. All appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable unless agreed by our Naturopath, at her sole discretion.
